Merry Christmas From Mom & Dad

Merry Christmas everybody!

Just a look at the best offering under my tree, Sigma's "Ten Twenty." The thing retails for $469 on Amazon and I am stoked right now. It was an early present, I've had it for a few weeks, but the "wow" factor still feels pretty good.

What an awesome holiday cheer, the wide angle Sigma EX 10-20mm f4-5.6 DC HSM. It doesn't get much better than this. I feel grateful, as I received two lenses this year for Christmas, and the Sigma is New-In-Box!

I snapped these shots late on Christmas Eve, with the Canon 7D and EFS 60mm f2.8 Macro USM, which was my other really cool present. A macro lens was on the wish list, and I feel lucky to have it. The 430EX Speedlite flash was used remotely, and the camera was firing from a Vacca tripod.

The last shot, is without flash, and was shot in dark conditions. A 30 second exposure at f20 and 1600 ISO was utilized for the shot.

Have a great day everybody!
